We are looking for an Orthotics Insole Assembler who will be responsible for the production and finishing of our 3D printed orthotics. This position will work out of our US headquarters in Plymouth, Michigan, which is incorporated in the larger 3D printing production facility of Materialise.  Our Insole Assembler will be responsible for U.S. Phits orders and will be in close communication with our colleagues in our Belgium world headquarters. This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary. Assistance for relocation or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


High school degree or equivalency required
Technical training and/or education in orthotics and/or prosthetics preferred
Experience maintaining quality standards preferred
Ability to work independently, organized and self-motivated
Deductive reasoning and problem solving skills
Teamwork orientation
Technical capacity
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with others in the English language
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel internationally
